Chartered Engineer, M.I.E; M.B.A. Er. Joseph Mathew is the founder and Managing Director of Elecon Constructions Pvt. Ltd. He established the company in 1993 with a vision of bringing value to customers through continuous innovation and impeccable service. Under his leadership Elecon has grown into a Government Approved, Licensed Electrical Contractor in Goa with a Contractor's License valid up to 220 KV and PWD Class IA status, delivering landmark projects across pharmaceutical, hospitality, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
